Susan Ehlers is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over twenty years of broad experience. Now specializing in fostering the human-animal bond, she also offers grief education and support for pet illness and loss. She is an Epona Approved instructor and a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the Society for Spirituality and Social Work, NARHA and EFMHA.

Counseling may be provided in Riverhead office, in-home, or by telephone appointment.

Equine-facilitied counseling is available at a barn nearby. As need dictates, educational workshops and support groups are provided.
